Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Full cream milk - 1/2 litre
Vermicelli (not roasted) - 1 cupĀ

Raisins - 1tbsp
Crushed cardamoms - 1tsp
Almonds flakes - 1tbsp
Pistachios - 1 tbsp
Ingredients
Heat ghee in a deep-bottomed pan and fry the vermicelli till it turns brown in colour
Once done, remove the pan from the heat and keep it aside
Boil milk in a pan and add a cup of water to it
Now add roasted vermicelli to it
Boil it until the vermicelli is completely done
Now add sugar, raisins, pistachios and almond flakes. Stir it till the sugar is dissolved and cook for a bit
Add crushed cardamoms and mix well
Garnish with nuts and serve hot or cold
