Lemon - 1 sliced
Ginger - 1 chopped
Kale - 1/2 bundle chopped
A handful of parsley
Cucumber - 1 chopped
Spinach or Celery - 1/2 chopped
Ingredients
Take a mixture jar, add heavy ingredients like ginger and cucumber and add one cup of water. Grind them thoroughly
Run the grinder until the ingredients become a fine paste and then add lighter ingredients like kale and celery or spinach to the jar
Repeat the previous step and then add Parsley. Add 3 to 4 cups of water and grind the ingredients again. You can also add some salt for flavour
After grinding the ingredients, strain the mixture into a jug using a juice strainer
Slice one lemon into two halves and squeeze them into the strained juice to add flavour
Garnish this healthy green juice with mint leaves, sliced lemons or cucumber
You can also refrigerate this drink or add ice cubes to serve it cold as a refreshing drink during summer
This drink is full of vitamins and minerals. It also has antioxidating and anti-inflammatory properties that help maintain overall health
Consume this drink within 24 to 48 hours of refrigeration as juices stored for more than 48 hours are not as healthy as fresh juices
