Stand in a squat position with both legs parallel to each other and swing both ropes for 30 seconds in bilateral waves
Engage your core, practice bilateral waves using the ropes, and slam the ropes down as hard as possible for 30 to 40 seconds
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and circle alternate arms inward and outward three times. Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds
